All persons, apart from Australian citizens and New Zealand who are travelling on their New Zealand passports, need to apply for a visa or travel authority to enter Australia.

From 20 December 2004 applicants for Australian visas in Bangladesh (with the exception of refugee/humanitarian visa applicants) should lodge their applications and pay the visa application charge at the Australian Visa Application Centre operated by VFS (Bangladesh) Pvt Ltd and located at:
